Rule 23
<br> to clarify or submit documents
If a person submitting a letter of intent or a proposal makes a written request to the Ministry at least fifteen days prior to the last date of submission of the letter of intent or proposal to clarify something regarding the document or process related to the letter of intent or proposal, the ministry shall clarify the matter within seven days of such request.< br>
(2) If it is deemed necessary to inform the other person who submitted the letter of intent or proposal in accordance with sub-rule (1), the Ministry shall inform the same through the same means by which the letter of intent or proposal was invited.
(3) If anything mentioned in the letter of intent or proposal is not clear or if any general document is missing, the Ministry may ask the person submitting the letter of intent or proposal to clarify the unclear matter or to submit the missing documents. However, when clarifying something or submitting a document, nothing written in the letter of intent or proposal can be amended or changed.
